ABOUT JASON
I've built my career in higher education, driven by a "can-do" attitude and a passion for relationship-building. After 16 years at the University of Rochester, where I discovered my interest in enrollment management, I moved from Brooklyn and brought my expertise to Cleveland in 2019, joining Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. At CWRU, I've become known as an inclusive and thoughtful leader, spearheading recruitment for various programs and even launching the university's chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science. My commitment to empowering students and fostering connections is evident in my work, and my recent recognition as one of the "100+ Latinos Cleveland Must Know" and “Crain’s 40 Under 40” underscores my impactful presence within the Cleveland community. I am dedicated to helping prospective students and prospective Cleveland residents find their path, regardless of where it leads — this showcases my deep commitment to both my profession and adopted city.
